RETURN POLICY

PROCESS FOR RETURNING/REVOKING AN ITEM

You have the right to return items within a 14-day period. During this timeframe, you can return the item via a carrier for goods valued over 5,000 CHF or send it back free of charge through the Post. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customized, personalized, or damaged products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@chrono.shop. Note that returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To return by Post, please follow these steps:

  1. Place the item or items you wish to return in the original packaging, well packed in the shipping carton.
  2. Include the delivery slip received and place it inside the shipping carton.
  3. Seal the package and affix the provided return label visibly on it.

Note that the return is insured for free and sent as registered mail only if it has the attached label.

DEFECTS

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your return within the 14-day period, the returned item undergoes a quality check. If we find no damage or signs of use, we will refund the purchase price.

Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned.
